CertiTrack

For general contractors and builders

Keep every sub on the job insured, licensed, and bonded.

One expired certificate of insurance can stop work on site or leave your company holding the claim. CertiTrack tracks every subcontractor document, reads the expiry dates for you, and chases renewals before the deadline, not after.

Vendors construction teams track

  • Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC subs
  • Concrete, framing, and roofing crews
  • Equipment rental and haulers
  • Abatement and specialty trades

What CertiTrack takes off your plate

Subs mobilize before the paperwork arrives

The schedule says they start Monday, the COI is still "coming." CertiTrack shows who is cleared and who is not at a glance, so nobody walks on site uncovered.

Policies expire mid-project

A twelve-month job outlives a lot of six- and twelve-month policies. Reminders go out at 90, 60, 30, and 7 days, straight to the sub, with a link to upload the renewal.

Paying a sub whose coverage lapsed

Log what you owe each vendor. Before you mark a payment paid, CertiTrack warns you if their compliance has lapsed, so you can hold the check until the certificate is current.

How it works

  1. 1

    Add your subs

Name and email are all you need. Add the rest of the crew list whenever you have it.

  2. 2

    Collect their certificates

Upload a COI yourself, or send the sub a secure link. They upload from their phone, no account needed.

  3. 3

    Let the reminders run

AI reads each expiry date, you confirm it, and CertiTrack handles the 90, 60, 30, and 7-day follow-ups.

Construction questions

Can my subcontractors upload their own certificates?

Yes. Send any sub a secure, time-limited upload link. They can upload up to five documents at once without creating an account, and you are notified when they arrive.

Does CertiTrack read ACORD 25 certificates?

CertiTrack uses AI to read uploaded certificates and pull the expiry date, policy number, issuer, and coverage amount. You always review and confirm the details before they are saved.

Does it check additional insured endorsements?

No. CertiTrack tracks documents and their dates. Checking endorsement wording against your contract requirements is still a job for you or your insurance advisor.

How many subs can I track for free?

The Free plan covers 5 vendors. Professional covers 50 vendors for $49 a month, and Business covers 200.
