Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing page. Changes take effect right away: an upgrade is charged for the rest of the billing period, and a downgrade credits the unused time to your next invoice.

An AI extraction is counted each time our system automatically reads and parses a vendor document (such as a certificate of insurance, business license, or compliance form) to extract structured data fields. Manual document uploads without AI parsing do not count against your extraction limit.

There's no trial clock. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no credit card. Upgrade to Professional or Business whenever you need more.

When you mark a payment paid, CertiTrack checks the vendor's documents. If one has expired, you'll see which document and when it lapsed, and you can hold the payment or record it anyway as an override. Overrides are logged so you can see them later.

We email you when you reach 80% of a limit and again at 100%. You keep everything you've already added; you'll just need to upgrade before adding more.
